      there are some main reason why we fail

Interest

      If you have no interest in a work then it looks hard.  but some have interest in that work it looks easy to him. (Never do hard work, always do smart work)

      If you haven't interested, never go in that field. because of you can't learn anything. you can't gain any experience on that field. But you can easily grow up in that field in which field you have interest. It does not feel you like work, it feels you just like an interesting game.

Believe

Another main reason of fail is believe.

      we always think that "it's very hard, I can't do it". this is our main problem. Because nothing is impossible, every thing is possible.

    If you keep always negative believe, you can't do the work. always keep positive believe, just say "it's very easy, I can do it". If you think negative, you can't give that much effort to work and you will always scared to lose.
